Product Lead times & Availability
  • NEW!!! Products that are "ready to ship(2-3 business days) are shown on the product page by selecting the option you are interested in - see an example here.
  • If the product or finish option is not shown as "ready to ship" please refer to the Lead Time dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.
  • This lead time estimate is monitored and kept up-to-date.
  • Please note, our timelines do not account for any unforeseen delays on the couriers end!
 Order Status
  • After the order was placed, an email was sent to the address provided at checkout with the estimated lead time and a link to your order information. If you did not see this, please check your junk folder.
  • If your order is still within this estimated time frame, please know that we are working on it and email notification with tracking information or pickup details will be sent to you as soon as it's ready.
  • All orders are regularly monitored and any outside of the lead time estimate are flagged.  As soon as we have information you will be contacted with an update.
  • Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding order status. 
  • We accept returns for 28 days after receipt of your order. All items must not have been installed and in their original packaging and condition.

  • If you are already a member of our Trade Program, you no longer need our team to create a quote.
  • You can login to your account here to have your discount automatically applied. Please note that for certain made-to-order items, you will still need a sales agent to assist with purchase. 
  • If you are not yet a member of our Trade Program but would like to be, you can fill out the application form here.
  • Once your account application has been reviewed, you will be able to login to your Customer Profile on our website and see all eligible items with the Trade Discount applied to the product page as well as your Cart (example here).
