Casson Hardware is based out of Toronto, Canada and ships worldwide.

Shipping Local: GTA

  • Pick up: You can enjoy free pick-up from the Casson studio. Simply choose this option during checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with all the necessary pick-up details.
  • Delivery: Same day couriers or Canada Post will be used depending on the order type and/ or your location.

Free Shipping within North America

  • Free Shipping for orders over $500 CAD within North America.
  • Free Shipping for orders over $250 CAD within North America for our Trade Program members exclusively.


  • Extra fees may be applicable for oversized/ overweight orders.
  • Extra fees for rural or remote territories may apply. 

Shipping Internationally

  • Your shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees upon arrival. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority. To receive your shipment, it's essential to settle these fees. For more details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Shipping Details

  • Please note that shipping times are different from lead times.
  • All stock availability and lead times are noted on the product pages.  If stock availability is not provided; refer to the Estimated Lead time for backorders.
  • In stock items ship out within 1-3 business days.
  • Backordered items will be shipped directly to you or dispatched from our Toronto warehouse.
  • Please note that several carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. To guarantee successful delivery, please provide an alternative address.
  • The shipping method for your order is based on the type of items you've selected and your location.
  • Orders are typically shipped together in one consolidated package.
  • If you'd like multiple shipments this will incur an extra shipping fee.

Oversized Items

  • For oversized, heavyweight, or freight orders, shipping may require manual calculation. If your order falls into this category, we'll reach out to you directly.

Where is my Order?

  • After the order was placed, an email was sent to the address provided at checkout with the estimated lead time and a link to your Order Status page.

  • If you do not see this, please check your junk folder.

  • If the current date is prior to the Estimated Ship Date, please know that we are working on it.

  • An email notification with tracking information or pickup details will be sent to you as soon as it ships out.

  • All orders are regularly monitored and any outside of the lead time estimate are flagged. In the event that there is a delay, our team will contact you with an update.
