Casson Hardware is based in Toronto, Canada and proudly ships worldwide.
Local Shipping: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Pick-Up
- Enjoy free pick-up from the Casson studio.
- Simply select Pick-Up during checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with all the necessary pick-up details.
Delivery
- Orders will be delivered via Canada Post, depending on the order type and/or your location
Eligible Free Shipping within North America
- Orders over $750 CAD qualify for free shipping.
- Trade Program Members receive free shipping on orders over $500 CAD.
- This will be automatically applied upon check out for all applicable orders
Please Note:
- Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Oversized/overweight orders
- Rural or remote territories
International Shipping
- Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- To receive your shipment, it’s essential to settle these fees. For details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
Partial / Split Shipments
At Casson Hardware, we strive to ship all orders efficiently in one consolidated shipment. However, if you require part of your order sooner, split shipments can be arranged.
Requesting a Split Shipment
- Email contact@cassonhardware.com and include your Order Reference [SH- ].
Shipping Costs
- Casson Hardware covers the cost of one consolidated shipment per order if applicable.
- The cost of additional shipments will be billed to the customer.
Expected Delivery Times
- Delivery timelines for split shipments will be provided based on stock availability and lead times.
Payment for Additional Shipments
- Confirmation of the additional shipping fee is required before processing the split shipment.
- Once approved, we will send the items in the requested order and provide tracking details.
General Shipping Details
Estimated Ship Dates
- This is the date your order is expected to leave either our Toronto-based location or the original dropshipper.
Stock Availability & Lead Times
- Stock availability and lead times are clearly listed on each product page.
- If stock availability is not provided, please refer to the Estimated Ship Dates for backorders.
Order Processing
- In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
- Backordered items will ship directly to you or be dispatched from our Toronto warehouse once available.
Delivery Address
- Several carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure successful delivery, please provide an alternative address at checkout.
Shipping Method
- Shipping methods are determined by the type of items selected and your shipping location.
Consolidated Shipments
- Orders are typically shipped in one package.
- For multiple shipments, an additional fee will apply.
Oversized / Overweight Freight Orders
- Oversized, heavyweight, or freight orders may require a manual shipping calculation.
- If your order falls into this category, we will reach out to you directly to confirm shipping details and costs.
Tracking your Order
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your estimated lead time.
- A link to your Order Status page.
Didn’t receive it? Check your junk/spam folder.
You can check your order status at any time:
- Log into your account: Click the head icon at the top right corner of our website.
- Use the email address you provided when making your purchase.
Before the Estimated Ship Date
Rest assured, we are actively processing your order to ensure it ships on time.
To avoid delays, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple inquiries regarding your order status.

Once your order ships
You’ll receive an email notification with:
- Tracking details.
- Pick-up instructions (if applicable).
