  • We welcome returns in line with our Returns Policy. Shipping costs for both delivery and returns are to be covered by the customer for sample orders.

Missing Discounts

Please ensure you're logged into your account by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of the website. Prices displayed for eligible products will automatically reflect your trade discount.

Items from 1925 Workbench, Fritsjurgens, Serafini, and Maison Vervloet are not eligible for discounts. If you haven't used your trade account in the past year, use the 'Forgot Password' option or create a new account.

Company Accounts

Trade customers can create a new company account or join an existing one.

New Company Account:
Fill out the form below with your company details. Once approved, this will provide a centralized account for your team.

Join Existing Company Account:
If your company already has an account, complete the trade application form with your company's details to request access. Once approved, all team members will have access to a centralized account for easy collaboration and sharing of project orders, records, and other critical information.

Order Management

Once logged into your customer account, you'll be able to view all past orders and draft orders, including those from other members of your company. Draft orders are located in the "Pending" section for easy reference.

If a return is required, please review our Returns Policy ahead of time for additional information.

Easily access the returns portal through the accounts page by clicking on the relevant order, simplifying the return process for your convenience.


Trade Account Application

Trade Accounts are organized by company. All members within a company can view, manage, and reorder products.

If you are creating a new company account, please fill out the "New Company Account" form with your company details.
Once approved, this will provide a centralized account for your team.

If you are an additional member applying to join an existing company account, please fill out the "Join Existing Company Account" form using your company email address.
Your application will be reviewed, and you will be granted access under your company's profile.
