Why isn't there a shipping option available?

Oversized, heavy weight or freight orders will need to be calculated manually. Until we figure out a better system, please contact us directly for assistance on shipping these items.

A 'Request Shipping Quote' will be in your payment options. It provides our contact. You can proceed with order as is and we will contact you regarding shipping separately or you can make the order with us directly.

When will I receive my purchase if I am a US or Canadian buyer?

Most of our in stock items are delivered in 4-10 business days. For large orders, customizations, or where stock is temporarily unavailable, we have a lead time of approximately 5-10 weeks.  Made to order items have longer lead times. For any customization or special finish, this time can be extended.  We can advise approximate lead times on your order so don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you sell to customers outside of North America?

Yes, we can ship to almost all countries. Smaller orders should calculate for international orders. If you have any issues with this please contact us for quotes and more information.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, CASSON is NOT responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance cannot be predicted with the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

What are the expedited shipment options?

Most orders are shipped from our offices in Toronto, Canada. Some of our suppliers offer drop shipping and will process urgent shipments upon request and at customer expense.

We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

When do you ship?

Items in stock are shipped out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you order a mix of items that are in stock and on back order, we will apply shipping only to those items being shipped together. If you'd like to keep items together, please contact us so we can work with you to send your order in a way that works for you.We will reach out to you to confirm status and to see if any changes to the order need to be made. 

Made to order items begin production once an order has been placed. These items usually have a longer lead time and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
