All Trade Discounts are tied to your email address used at the time of registration. Once logged into your account, you will see all eligible items with an automatically applied 10% discount. These discounts will also be visually represented in your cart and at the checkout portion of our website.

How do I login to my account?
In the top right hand corner of the website, there is a Account Icon, press that and login to your profile.
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it at anytime by pressing the "Forgot your password?" button in the account portal.
I don't think I registered for an account, how should I access my Trade Discount?
- Press the Account icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Create an account by pressing the "Create account" button.
- The email address that you received our trade account email confirmation is the address that should be used for your login.
- Register for an account.
- Our system will automatically recognize your Trade Account status.
What if someone on my team needs to review or purchase products?
If you have other members of your team who need to access the Trade Discount, we would be more than happy to set them up, please email our Trade Program at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Why do some items not have prices?
Most items on our website are available for direct purchasing, however at times you may see an item listed as "contact us". In that case we are always happy to prepare a quote for you. Please email our sales team here or by emailing email@example.com. Most quotes take 2-3 business days. For more detailed inquiries; this may take a little bit longer.
Why are some items not showing my Trade Discount?
