Forme No. 18 Door Lever

The Forme 18 Passage Lever is a linear exploration of rhythm and repetition. Defined by its stepped profile and ridged detailing, it evokes the precision of Art Deco architecture — refined, graphic, and unapologetically bold.

Hand-cast in Mumbai, the lever’s solid brass form offers a satisfying weight and tactile presence. Its sculptural silhouette brings clarity and confidence to transitional spaces such as bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, and offices.

Crafted from solid, unlacquered brass. Available in finishes including brass, bronze, and nickel.

Passage
For doors that require latching but no locking (e.g., hallways, closets).

Privacy

For doors that require locking from one side (e.g., bathrooms, bedrooms).

• 1 thumb turn
• 2 handles spindles - 8 x 8 x L.100 mm and 8 x 8 x L.130 mm
• 2 thumb turn spindles - 5 x 5 x 85 mm and 5 x 5 x 130 mm
• 8 screws
• 4 connecting screws bolts with sleeves
• 1 Allen Key

Dummy (Half or Full Set)
For decorative or push/pull applications, such as closet or pantry doors.

• Half Dummy Set
  A single lever installed on one side of the door with no hardware on the reverse.

• Full Dummy Set
  A pair of levers installed on both sides of the door, providing a balanced look with no latch or locking function.

Please Note: Mi & Gei Dummy handles are not sold as a pre-configured set. Instead, they are available as individual Right or Left Dummy units. If you require a full dummy configuration (handles on both sides of the door), you may simply order both the right and left versions.
