Designer Osiris Hertman was inspired by the handles on a bank, secure, complete and providing a sense of simple functionality - technical mastery as access to something precious. The tapered conical neck creates clean lines and the distinctive conical shape. By working, with natural light in combination with carefully chosen materials, Hertman always finds the balance between luxury and tranquility.
The CONE door handle has won the 2021 Red Dot Design Award in the ‘Product Design’ category. The Jury commented: ‘The design of the CONE door handle combines strictly minimalist design with sophisticated manufacturing quality to produce an expressive unit’.
