Orders under $4,500 CAD: 10%
Orders $4,500 CAD and over: 15%
Finish samples: 20%
Product samples, via sales rep: 15%
Larger volume orders: Case by case

Pricing applies from your next order forward and cannot be applied to past purchases. 1925Workbench, Vervloet, Serafini, Vivi Lamarre, and custom order items are not eligible. Anony, Bocci 22, Fritsjurgens, Maha Alavi, and Schneid are capped at 10%. Additional fees may apply to oversized or overweight orders and to rural or remote destinations.

What Changes

Your price, on every page

Trade pricing shows on eligible products as soon as you sign in. No quote request, no waiting on a rep to confirm a number before you can specify with confidence.

Order without a password

Enter your email and a six digit code arrives each time you sign in. Place orders, pull quotes, and check lead times yourself, at whatever hour the drawing set demands.

One account for the studio

Company accounts let your team share order history, drafts, and project records. When someone is away, the project does not stall waiting for their inbox.

Samples for client boards

Finish samples are discounted automatically in the portal. Product samples run through a sales rep. Both return under our standard policy.

A line straight to trade

Manual quotes, specification questions, and anything the portal will not answer go to trade@cassonhardware.com. One to three business days.

Returns you can start yourself

Open the order in your account and begin the return there. Past and draft orders stay visible, including those placed by colleagues.
