Bocci 22: Multi-Material Material Mounting Electrical Outlets provide a flush electrical solution, delivering the cleanest and most minimal look for your home. These outlets are suitable for installation in Wood, MDF, Corian, Stone, Tile, and similar materials. If mounting into drywall, please select our Bocci 22: Drywall Mounting solution.

The 22 System mounting plates and devices are compatible with conventional junction boxes and wiring systems. Cylindrical devices lock securely into a receiving system embedded within a sheet of finish material. The result is a fully assembled system with components that sit flush with the surrounding wall surface, without visible cover plates.

  • Removal Tool: A single removal tool is required for all installations and is sold separately here.
  • Wet Material Installations: If mounting into plaster, concrete, tile/grout, or mortar, one trim cap per component must be added. Sold separately here. 
  • GFCI Code Requirements: To comply with GFCI code, a GFCI breaker must be installed elsewhere along the circuit in an accessible, hidden location. This breaker must be purchased independently.
  • Router Template: Optional when using a router to fabricate both Linear and Random Configurations. Sold separately here.

Proper installation requires careful measurement of the total depth, including the finish material, substrate, and adhesives. Please select the appropriate kit based on your material depth:

SHORT 
6.35mm (0.25") - 12.7mm (0.5")

  • Designed for material depths up to 0.5" (12.7mm).
  • The mounting plate must be positioned exactly 12.7mm behind the finished surface.
  • If the total depth exceeds this measurement, the material must be milled or adjusted to ensure the junction box and mounting plate are correctly positioned.

MEDIUM  
12.7mm (0.5") - 19.05mm (0.75")

  • Accommodates material depths up to 0.75" (19.05mm).
  • The mounting plate must be positioned exactly 19.05mm behind the finished surface.
  • For depths exceeding this measurement, the backing material must be adjusted to align the junction box and mounting plate properly.

LONG 
19.05mm (0.75") - 31.75mm (1.25")

  • Designed for material depths up to 1.25" (31.75mm).
  • The listed depth dimensions indicate the precise positioning of the mounting plate, which must be installed 31.75mm behind the finished surface.
  • If the total depth exceeds 31.75mm, the backing material must be cut or milled to move the junction box and mounting plate forward by the required distance.

  • Certified: cUL to comply with CSA standards
  • Tamper Resistant: Designed to enhance safety and prevent unauthorized access or interference
  • Finishes: White (RAL 9016), Black (RAL 9017), Almond (RAL 1013) and Grey (RAL 7038)

The below items can be used to replace the standard electrical outlet or add alternative functionality, such as data ports, USB connections, or HDMI inputs. Please contact our sales team to request a quote for these configurations.

Bocci

22 Series

Bocci 22 is a suite of flush electrical accessories and plates for the most clean and minimal look for your walls.

The 22 System can be mudded into drywall/plaster or set flush with millwork, glass, stone, tile, concrete etc. resulting in a flush installation with no visible cover plates or fasteners.

Mounting Plate

The 22 is designed to “mud” directly into drywall without a visible cover plate or trim. Alternatively, it may be set flush into millwork, marble, glass or any other surface.

Device

Trimless, UL-listed devices available in multiple colours and configurations. Outlets are available in 15 and 20 amp.
