OTLAV Invisacta Concealed Hinge

The OTLAV Invisacta is a fully concealed 3D adjustable hinge for flush interior doors. Made in Italy, the Invisacta line features a patented 21 mm frame-side depth that eliminates the need to cut the architrave, allowing flush-mounted trim. The hinge mounts in the centre of the door thickness, making the door fully reversible for left or right hand installation.

All Invisacta hinges operate on 7 junction fulcrums with high-resistance nylon bushings, producing smooth movement with no sliding wear. Clamping screws are isolated from adjustment screws, so fasteners remain stable over time. Available in 60 kg and 80 kg load capacities to suit standard and heavier residential doors.

The Invisacta uses a single milling slot per hinge on both the door and frame. During installation, the frame-side height adjustment can be unlocked to create a 4 mm gap, making it easier to align and insert the hinge when frame and door millings are not perfectly matched. Router templates and jigs are sold separately.
