Description
The Ripply Candle Holder by New Works is a sculptural candle holder in mirror-polished stainless steel. Reminiscent of a ripple across a glassy lake — curved sheets of steel that transform an industrial material into something almost ephemeral. Function is revealed when placing a candle into one of the widening voids between the sheets.
Designed by Christian Mohaded for New Works. New Works presents work at the intersection of design and art — paying homage to Scandinavian craftsmanship and materiality.
