Description
The Kay Otto Fisker Door Lever by d line is a cast solid brass lever designed in the 1940s — one of the most sought-after heritage lever designs, with an iconic, timeless form. The high copper content in the unpainted brass develops a rich patina over time. Rigorously tested for constant commercial use. Made in Europe.

Ordering Guide
d line door hardware is sold as components and built to order. Each lever, knob, escutcheon, and lock case is specified individually to your door. To prepare your quote, please confirm:
- Function — select one:
- Passage — interior doors that latch but do not lock (hallways, closets, pantries)
- Privacy — doors that lock from one side with a thumb turn and emergency release (bathrooms, bedrooms)
- Keyed Entry — exterior or secured doors operated by a key cylinder on one side and a thumb turn on the other
- Dummy — non-operating decorative lever or knob for fixed panels or inactive leaves of double doors
- Backset — 60 mm standard for euro mortise
- Door thickness — measured at the lock case
- Quantity per side — levers, knobs, and escutcheons are ordered per side of the door
- Door condition — must not be pre-bored
d line door hardware pairs natively with the d line heavy-duty euro mortise lock & latch — engineered as a single system. Privacy configurations require a d line thumb turn; keyed entry requires a CES key cylinder with matching d line escutcheons.
