The LB2-19BSQ modern door handle from the BASICS series has a slight edge to the bend and is simple and modern in form. It sits on a small square backplate.

This is a fixed lever. An unsprung lever is attached to plate and stainless steel sub-rose. There are a wide range of various other door handle and backplate options and accessories from the same collection.
