Formani Care and Maintenance

Formani levers are sold as components and built to order. To prepare your quote, please confirm:

Function — select one:
- Passage — interior doors that latch but do not lock (hallways, closets, pantries)
- Privacy — doors that lock from one side with a thumb turn and emergency release (bathrooms, bedrooms)
- Keyed Entry — exterior or secured doors operated by a key cylinder on one side and a thumb turn on the other
- Dummy — non-operating decorative lever for fixed panels or inactive leaves of double doors
Backset — 60 mm standard for euro mortise
Door thickness — measured at the lock case
Door condition — must not be pre-bored

Formani door hardware pairs with the d line heavy-duty euro mortise lock & latch. Privacy configurations require a thumb turn; keyed entry requires a CES key cylinder with matching escutcheons.
