System 3 from FritsJurgens is a 360° rotating pivot hinge system designed for exclusive use with turnstile doors or movable wall systems. System 3 is not intended for use in a doorway that has a frame stop or limited opening.
The patented System 3 model features all around 360 rotation while integrating features like self-closure and hold positions. System3 can turn through 360º and is characterized by a hold position at 0º, 90º, 180º and 270º. This means that the spring-loaded door turns from each 45º in both directions and stops in the desired direction. The door needs only a little force to start moving, then it continues to rotate by itself thanks to the patented spring construction.
